Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute tools/processes for application build and deployment (Drupal and .NET).

  • Automate and document build/deployment procedures and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).

  • Containerize applications and manage Kubernetes infrastructure with best practices.

  • Collaborate with Dev, VM, and Infra teams to ensure container security and patching.

  • Create dashboards and monitoring for containerized applications.

  • Troubleshoot full-stack web issues; lead production deployments with rollback/testing plans.

  • Improve processes and automation throughout the SDLC.

  • Maintain software source code integrity using Git/GitLab.

  • Automate developer operations via scripts/templates (Ansible, Chef, PowerShell, Bash).

  • Support application security, critical patching, and infrastructure updates.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

  • Participate in project documentation, specification creation, and process design.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Able to obtain a government security clearances.

  • Must be on EST or CST.

  • 3–5 years of DevOps experience (automation, infrastructure, monitoring).

  • Experience with Ansible, Linux admin, Jenkins, Docker, GitLab.

  • Experience in CI/CD, containerization, and managing deployments in Kubernetes environments.

  • Strong understanding of both Linux and Windows infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure Kubernetes services.

  • Knowledge of Dockerfiles, Helm charts, OpenShift/PKS.

  • Familiarity with web system architecture and security (DNS, CDN, SSL).

  • Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or languages like PHP/.NET.

  • Database experience (MS SQL, MySQL, SOLR, Redis, Memcached).

  • Proven project leadership and time management skills.
